Who We Are

We are a family-owned and operated, paddock-to-bottle gin and vodka distillery based at the historical Mt. Rothwell Homestead in Little River, Victoria.

We embody our history and surrounding landscape in our spirits, we grow our botanicals on-site with an emphasis on using Australian natives.

We are renovating our distillery to create a cellar door, opening 2025.

Sustainability Commitment

Sun

Our distillery and cellar door are 100% solar powered. All of our stills are heated electronically, meaning there are 0 carbon emissions from our distilling process.

Water

We collect rain water at several point around the property, including at the distillery. This water is treated by distillation, meaning all water used for production originates from the sky above our farm.

Spirit

Out in the paddock we grow barley that we ferment to create alcohol. By 2025, we aim for all botanicals used in our spirits to originate from our farm.
