Our Story

Nestled within the historic Mt Rothwell Homestead built in 1873 by Robert Chirnside Rothwell Distillery is a family owned and operated paddock-to-bottle gin and vodka distillery. Once a 9,000-acre sheep and grain station, the estate now nurtures orchards and botanicals that inspire every spirit we create.

We celebrate both the land’s legacy and its future, crafting spirits that embody the flavours of Australia, powered by the sun and sourced from the earth beneath us.
