Tennis Gin began as a personal creation — originally distilled for the distiller’s mother, who wanted something light, refreshing and perfect for sharing with her friends after winning their grand final. From that heartfelt beginning came a gin crafted for celebration, connection and relaxed social sipping.

Distilled at the Mt Rothwell Homestead in Little River, this gin is infused with:

• Strawberries for natural sweetness and a soft berry aroma

Barty’s Cup — Recipe

Ingredients

• 25ml Rothwell Distillery Tennis Gin
• 25ml Orange Curacao
• 25ml Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
• 50mL Ginger Ale
• 50mL Cola
• Ice
• Garnish: Lemon slice, orange slice, strawberry halves, and a fresh mint sprig

Method

1. Add all the liquid ingredients to glass
2. Half-fill glass with ice
3. Add citrus slice with a few mint sprigs
4. Fill to brim with ice
5. Add remaining garnishes. Any summer fruits including berries, stone fruits work real well here!
